Volunteerism Museum – Exhibitino

House Museum of the photographer Ramón Caamaño
Located in the house where the photographer Ramón Caamaño was born, this small museum has great anthropological and social value since the artist spent his life taking pictures of the Costa da Morte’s inhabitants and landscapes.

The Lacework Museum was founded in Camariñas in 1996. This museographic entity is devoted to lacework, one of the area’s characteristic activities.

Seno de Corcubión Maritime Museum
Museum featuring Corcubión’s seafaring history with more than 3,000 exhibits. Its location in an old salting factory and coal warehouse for steamships make it a singular place of great interest.

Linen Museum
A small museum explaining the process and manufacture of linen. Its collection features a 200-year-old loom, a singular instrument that will no doubt catch your attention.

Lighthouse Museum
The Shipwrecks Interpretation Centre is located in the Vilán lighthouse. It features information about shipwrecks near lighthouses along the Costa da Norte with screenings, items from shipwrecks and photographs. It concludes with a simulation of a tour inside a lighthouse.

Laxe Fish Market
The Laxe fish market sells fish and seafood from artisanal fishing, which is carried out on a daily basis and targets the end consumer, providing a product of excellent quality. During your visit, you can watch and even participate in the fish auction.
